The website was designed and developed by Inspired Marketing — our technology partner responsible for the website’s design, development, and technical infrastructure. Inspired Marketing may have limited access to website systems for maintenance and development purposes only and is bound by confidentiality obligations.
Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you voluntarily submit through website forms and features:
- Business Consultancy Inquiry: Your name, email address, phone number, organization (if provided), and inquiry message.
- Event Booking Request: Your name, email address, organization or event name, event type, event date, and additional details.
- Newsletter Subscription: Your email address.
- Blog Comments & Reactions: Comment or reply text, emoji reactions, and related timestamps. Identity for commenting comes from a site account (see Section 3) — we do not offer guest name/email comment fields.
- Orders (checkout): Contact details, shipping address, payment method selected at checkout, and order notes you provide. If you sign in or choose to create an account at checkout, the order may be linked to your site account.
b) Information from Site Login
Site accounts can be created or signed into with Google, Facebook, or a passwordless email code (including when you opt in to create an account at checkout). Depending on the method, we may receive and store:
- Email address
- Display name
- Profile photo URL (if provided by Google or Facebook)
- Provider account identifier (Google ID and/or Facebook ID), when you use social login
We do not store a password for site accounts. Provider access tokens (OAuth) are used only to complete sign-in and are not stored in our systems. Email sign-in codes are short-lived and stored only as a secure hash until they expire or are used. We maintain a local session using a secure cookie (see our Cookies Policy).
c) Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the website, certain technical data may be collected automatically through analytics tools (when you accept cookies) and server safeguards:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring website or link
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Approximate geographic location (country/city level)
- IP address (used for security and rate limiting; anonymized in analytics where possible)
- Blog view counts (deduplicated in your browser session)

Analytics & Tracking
Analytics and marketing scripts (Google Analytics 4 and Facebook Pixel) load only after you Accept cookies via our cookie banner. If you Decline, we do not load those scripts.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visitor behaviour and improve content. GA4 collects usage data via cookies. Google may process this data on servers outside Pakistan. Facebook Pixel
This website uses the Facebook Pixel to measure the reach and effectiveness of content shared on Facebook. The Pixel may collect information about your visit and link it to your Facebook account if you are logged in. This data is processed by Meta Platforms in accordance with their data policy. You can manage your Facebook ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
- Inquiry and booking data: Retained for up to 2 years for follow-up and record-keeping purposes.
- Newsletter email addresses: Retained until you unsubscribe.
- Commenter accounts (email, name, profile photo URL, provider IDs): Retained while your account exists, or until you request deletion.
- Blog comments, replies, and reactions: Retained as long as the associated blog post is published, unless removed through moderation or a deletion request.
- Session cookie (
site_token): Approximately 30 days, or until you sign out. - Analytics data: Governed by the retention settings of Google Analytics (default 14 months).
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal data, including your commenter account and associated comments or reactions, via our Data Deletion Request page (email verification required)
- Withdraw consent for newsletter communications at any time
- Withdraw or change cookie consent for analytics and marketing (via the banner preference or by clearing site data and revisiting)
Display name and profile photo for comments typically come from Google or Facebook when you use social login; email-only accounts may show your name without a photo. You may need to update social profile details with the provider as well.

Third-Party Links & Processors
The website contains links to external platforms including Facebook and YouTube, and uses Google and Meta for social login and (with your consent) analytics or marketing pixels. Once you leave our website or interact with those providers, we have no control over their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through our website, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
